Ah I apologise then, I have not actually read the rules, I was just talking from experience being a user on that site. I think they may be covering their own backs by saying that, so while they don't condone adult/strong material, they do not attempt to stop it either.
Also, as I said, "XXX PENETRATION XXX" wasn't that explicit, in fact, as I said above, it was fairly tame. It said "cunt" several times, and their was nothing graphic shown in the image. Was the girl implied to be "under age", I can't remember? If so that could be their only problem, but still, nothing was shown so I don't see the harm. I would bet money that Metacafe would not take it down.
I think you're partly to blame Mr Woods, not the video, as you wrote something along the lines "Strong disturbing images" in the description - that was bound to be flagged up on Youtube's end.
