Foster explores the liminal space between film & video and analog & digital aesthetics, using abstracting 'found' recycled materials and collaborating with the element of chance. Her films are described as hypnotic, surreal, and enigmatic. Foster's explores surrealism, bisexuality, eco-feminism, automatism, slow film, romantic structuralism, collage, abstraction and chance editing, disrupting binaries whenever possible.
